Need your hair the same day? Contact us through Instagram to ask about availability before placing your order.
Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Orders must be confirmed by Hope’s Kiss Hair Co. before pickup or delivery arrangements are made.
Additional fees may apply for local delivery.
Customers are responsible for confirming pickup or delivery details.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
Please double-check your lengths, textures, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
If an item is defective or we make a fulfillment error, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

If a deposit or custom payment arrangement is approved, the remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline.

Hope’s Kiss Hair Co. cannot guarantee a specific color result or the condition of hair after chemical processing.
